How we handle data depends on your relationship with the Platform: • Creator: we are responsible for processing the data relating to your account and your use of the Platform. • Student: the academy you registered with is responsible for your data, while we process your data on its behalf to provide the Platform's services. • Site visitor: we are responsible for the data we collect through the LeadCourse websites.

Creator Data
This may include: • Name and contact details. • Academy and business information. • Account and billing data. • Identity data and documents required for account verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. • Verified bank account details needed to transfer payouts. • Academy settings. • Correspondence with the support team. • Platform usage data.
Student Data
When you use an academy running on LeadCourse, the following may be processed: • Name, email address, and phone number. • Registration and course enrollment data. • Your progress within courses and watch time. • Quiz results, course completion data, and certificates. • Orders and transaction status. • Session and device information. • IP address. • Data related to account security and access management.

2. How We Use Data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use students' personal data for LeadCourse's own advertising.
3. Watermarking and Content Protection
LeadCourse uses dynamic watermarks while video content is playing to help protect academies' content. The watermark may include some student data, such as name, email address, or phone number, depending on how the Platform is used. This data is used for that purpose as part of providing the Platform's services and protecting content. The Creator remains responsible for informing their students of any legal requirements relating to the use of their data within the academy.
4. Sharing Data With Others
We may use trusted third parties to provide some of the services needed to operate LeadCourse, such as: • Hosting and technical infrastructure. • File and content storage. • Video streaming and delivery. • Payment processing. • Sending email and notifications. • Identity verification and anti-fraud services, where needed.
