Data Collected Automatically

We may collect some information automatically when you use the website or the Platform, such as device and browser type, usage data, and cookies.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use students' personal data for LeadCourse's own advertising.

LeadCourse uses dynamic watermarks while video content is playing to help protect academies' content. The watermark may include some student data, such as name, email address, or phone number, depending on how the Platform is used. This data is used for that purpose as part of providing the Platform's services and protecting content. The Creator remains responsible for informing their students of any legal requirements relating to the use of their data within the academy.

We may use trusted third parties to provide some of the services needed to operate LeadCourse, such as: • Hosting and technical infrastructure. • File and content storage. • Video streaming and delivery. • Payment processing. • Sending email and notifications. • Identity verification and anti-fraud services, where needed. We share only the data necessary to provide the service or carry out the specified purpose, and we take appropriate measures to protect the data.
