These Terms form an agreement between LeadCourse ("LeadCourse" or "we") and the individual or entity that creates an account on the Platform ("you" or "the Creator"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any related policies.

1. Definitions

Platform: LeadCourse's websites, applications, and services. Creator: the account holder who runs an academy or offers courses or digital products through the Platform. Student: the user who registers with or purchases from a Creator's academy. Creator Content: all content the Creator uploads or creates, including videos, files, images, courses, and digital products.

2. Nature of the Service

LeadCourse provides the technical infrastructure needed to build academies and manage courses, students, sales, and payments. The Creator is responsible for their content, their relationship with their students, course quality, support, refunds, and the legal obligations relating to their academy. LeadCourse is not an educational institution and does not endorse or review course content or the certificates issued by academies.

3. Registration and Account Activation

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information. To activate your account and receive payouts, we may ask you to provide information or documents for identity verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You represent and warrant that: • You hold a verified Egyptian bank account in your name or in the name of the entity you represent, denominated in Egyptian pounds, to receive the collected amounts. • You are legally authorized to conduct the activity within the Arab Republic of Egypt. • All identity, bank account, and document information you provide is accurate and current. • You will update your information whenever anything changes. We may suspend or decline account activation, or delay transferring your payouts, if verification is not completed or the information is inaccurate or insufficient.

4. Payments, Payouts, and Fees

Student payments are made through the payment systems available via LeadCourse. LeadCourse collects the amounts related to sales, then transfers the Creator's net payout to their verified bank account, in accordance with the applicable policies and verification procedures. Fees may include: • The subscription fee for your plan. • A flat 10% commission from total revenue, applied on every plan. • Payment gateway fees. Current payment gateway fees are 2.75% + EGP 3 per transaction, and may change according to the provider's terms. The subscription fees for each plan, and the 10% commission, are shown on the pricing page or within the Platform. Transfers may be suspended or amounts held temporarily where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, a dispute, a breach of these Terms, or a verification requirement.

5. Taxes

LeadCourse does not currently add or collect any taxes as part of its fees. Each Creator remains responsible for their tax and legal obligations relating to their activity and sales, in accordance with applicable law. This clause may be updated in the future if the company's legal or tax situation changes.

6. Content and Ownership

Ownership of Creator Content remains with the Creator. You grant us a limited license to store, host, display, and process the content to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and provide its services. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to use the content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or applicable law.

7. Student Data

You are responsible for using your students' data in a lawful and appropriate manner. Student data may not be sold or used for purposes unrelated to your academy, and spam messages may not be sent to students. LeadCourse may use aggregated, non-personal data and statistics for operational or marketing purposes, such as publicizing the number of Creators or students or the transaction volume across the Platform, without disclosing personal data or confidential information relating to any specific user.

8. Acceptable Use and Security

The following are strictly prohibited: • Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems. • Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform. • Searching for vulnerabilities or testing the Platform's security without prior written permission. • Exploiting any vulnerability or issue that is discovered. • Attempting to bypass restrictions or protection measures. • Using tools or methods that could harm the stability or security of the Platform. Any security issue discovered must be reported through the official channels designated by LeadCourse. LeadCourse does not currently offer a public bug bounty program, and discovering a security issue grants no right to test or exploit the Platform or to claim a reward. We may suspend or terminate any account, take appropriate legal action, and seek compensation for damages resulting from any breach.

9. Platform Intellectual Property

Ownership of the LeadCourse platform, its software, designs, templates, and trademarks belongs to LeadCourse or its rightful owners. You are granted a limited right to use the Platform for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy or resell the Platform, attempt to extract or copy its parts, or use it to build a competing service.

10. Subscription and Cancellation

Some Platform services require a paid subscription according to the plan you choose. Subscription fees are charged according to the defined billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription, and the cancellation takes effect in accordance with the policy shown at the time of cancellation or at the end of the current subscription period. Unless the law requires otherwise, subscription fees are not refundable for used or partial periods.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if you: • Breach these Terms or applicable law. • Provide inaccurate information. • Fail to complete the required verification procedures. • Use the Platform in a fraudulent or harmful manner. • Engage in activity that poses a security or legal risk. Upon account termination, we may retain data for a limited period in accordance with data retention policies and applicable law.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided in accordance with applicable law and without any guarantee of specific commercial or educational results. LeadCourse is not responsible for the quality of the content provided by Creators or for disputes between Creators and their students. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadCourse is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, revenue, or business reputation. LeadCourse's total liability, where the law permits, is limited to the fees the user paid to LeadCourse during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit does not apply to liabilities that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. General Provisions

We may update these Terms as needed, and users will be notified of material changes in an appropriate manner. If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies related to them, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadCourse regarding use of the Platform.
